DuoBucker

Post by Stangfan »

I bought a duosonic neck (with tuners), body and pickguard off of Craigslist for $50. I added the Duncans I bought off of Robert, and some Mustang switches, knobs and pots. It's a turd but I'm building it for a neighborhood kid who's being raised by his sister. I added a chrome "C" to cover hte duo's switch hole and because his name is Chad. Here's some pics.

That "C" looks like a pick holder. Overall that's a pretty rad guitar though. I really like the mustang knobs too.

That kid will be way cooler than all his friends with squires or standard mexi-strats!

I wasn't sure if it came with the neck or not. The listing didn't exactly say so. The chick who sold it was HOT!

I'm not sure if i like it. It reminds me too much of Squier strats that get modded the fuck out of.

I haven't decided what kind of crazy bridge to put on it. Any suggestions?
