"New" "Band" finally got a demo together

Post by Bacchus »

I say new, I've been playing with the drummer and bassist since just after lockdown. But we finally found a singer.

Thanks for the kind words. I'm excited to see where we go from here.

We've sort of accidentally ended up with two singers, but the one on this recording is likely to be the one with time to commit to rehearsals and practice etc. I do like the idea of two singers, but don't want to string people along as a bit-part player.

Bands with two singers are always sick.

This is coming together really nicely!

The recording in the original post is no longer available, but am I right in thinking it's the same singer as last time? Did you decide to stick with the one vocalist?

Fixed the link in the original post. It had been replaced on Soundcloud because I'd been dicking around with magic ai mastering plugins.

Different singer. The singer on the first song decided for us that we would be a one singer band....

Ooh super vibey! The wah freakouts remind me of Larry's stuff in Primus, plus the sweeping white noise and delay triplets clicking away in the background, so sick.
