From the name I thought it was made in association with David Icke as a tribute to Eliza(rd)beth II. Tom makes it sound waffly awfully versatile.

I fucking hope so. I've always been deeply disappointed by other guitarists, I'd say around 99% of them are massively stupid bastards.

Sure, we've all laughed at TDPRI idiots spending £500 on some boutique pedal that is basically just a modified Fuzz Face circuit or something. They're idiots. If they weren't buying "collectible" pedals that are internally identical to pedals that are £470 cheaper, they'd be involved in some other dumb hobby. Rare Pokemon cards, maybe.

But then the Bad Monkey video furore happened and, honestly, I think that's pretty much it for me. The video was literally just pointing out how snobs ignored the thing because it lacked, what, collectibility? And then everyone lost their shit. Fucking stupid fucking bastards. Fucks sake.

That's fucking stupid. They're taking the piss. They know full well it isn't worth that.

Most recently, JoshgayhaterScott did the Danelectro Wasabi pedal series, I had nearly all of them up until a few years back. Sold them for about £40 each I think, always intending to replace the delay with something cool since it did a backwards delay, but I never really did. If his video makes the second-hand prices jump up to like £100+ when they were selling for peanuts I'll be pissed off. I mean, still, it's not directly his fault but still.
