A Slightly oops NPD: Line 6 M13

Post by Progrockabuse »

So I may have slightly gone overboard after posting about wanting an M5/M9.

I had a couple of beers whilst knackered from late night baby duties and put a proper lowball offer in for an M13 thinking it would never win………well it did!!!

Fuck knows how I’m gonna explain that to efty when it arrives!! lol

Any advice/tips from owners of this series? Anyone tried to run it with 4 cables? So you can stick the drives in the front end of the amp and delays etc in the fx loop of the amp?

Well done! £145?
I recommend an expression pedal (or, better, two). Then you can control the speed of your rotary effect!
My younger son has the M13.

£120 posted, including the original box and power supply.

I’m thinking of getting at least one expression pedal for speed control. I want to set it so I can run the univibe model into the front of the amp and the Leslie model in the fx loop.

Fucking hell, you did do well!

Can definitely recommend expression pedals. The one that I have going into the M5 opens up so many possibilities.

Well, the M13 finally arrived. Fuck me it’s massive! Quite weighty as well. Plugged it in to make sure it works, hoping to get chance to play with it on my next day off. Won’t be able to stick it through the Marshall, but I’ll set my little cuvave cube baby thingy to a clean sound and have a play on headphones. I’m thinking that I would of rather got the M9 for size though.

She is ok with it, cost me a pair of shoes whilst we are in Prague currently, with the exchange rate I think it was a small price to pay lol.

Love the M13, the sounds are pretty good. Even the drive section is surprisingly nice for Digital models. Just wish it wasn’t so bloody big. I’m probably gonna look into getting the M9 with my MBM drive pedals in front so it makes for a more compact board.

If you downsize from the M13 does Efty downsize from a full pair of shoes to a single stomper?

This thread makes me really miss my dream rig of M13 in a briefcase which fitted it perfectly plus two expression pedals.

Thinking of going for an M13 close by to me, which would make my M5 spare, if that's any use on the ANNUAL SHORTSCALE M-SERIES MERRY-GO-ROUND

Think you were one of the first to have an M13 on the forum weren’t you?
