Looks great, man!

I played Noirie's (?) one of these, the OG weird blue-purple ones a few years back. Really like the neck on those; super comfy profile and flat radius.

Before all of the COVID shit, I was eyeing one up as a "travel to practise" guitar as they're so light. Maybe one day, those orange ones are siiiiick.

Yeah the orange comp is super cool! If it wasn't ridiculous I would get the red and orange aswell and be that guy!

Saw on instagram you were considering modding it. You can fit a Mustang tailpiece on these but you'll have to remove the springs and set it hardtailed.

I don't think you could flush-mount a Mustang bridge/tailpiece unit; the tailpiece is held in place only by the posts and springs underneath.

totally gonna need to modd

Remove the springs, flip the tailpiece and lock the posts in place with washers. Then it fits flush.

Yeah have seen that done. To be honest I am loving having a guitar with some actual sustain for once! So will probably stick with what it has but change the saddles to compensated Brass tele ones.

Looks great. I'm amazed with the single coil (although I'm keeping my double humbuckers). What is the bridge? I'm stocking a callaham bridge and some other things. As I'm not handy, once I get all pieces I want I'll go to the shop and get it put together.

I just changed the saddles. They are Wilkinson compensated saddles ot some derivative.

Just plugged it in...I love how it sounds.

lol found a photo of my old one. Oddly miss it despite it feeling very cheap. Remember the stock pups were quite good.
