Eventide Timefactor

Post by MutantParty »

I needed a really versatile delay that could be programmed, initially I was looking at the DL4 but I wasn't really crazy about it and I've heard varying experiences with the build quality.

After a little research and milling it over in my head/bank account I bit the bullet and bought this today and drove right from the store to practice, hooked it up on the synthesizers - sounds phenomenal.

So many options and hidden little things - it's like having another synth all together. Kind of hard to figure out initially - especially when you're trying to read the manual in the 5 seconds between songs.

Later tonight I brought it home and hooked it up to the guitar setup and started messing around with it, added an expression pedal, tried the looping feature, made a ton of weird sounds - i'm officially in love with it, its like a whole new writing tool.
