NICE!

Good to see the owner saved the stock pickups before butchering it for humbuckers!

i would love to bring it, in fact its still sitting on the wall.
the guy doesn't play much and when he saw my tattoo he said i could just hold on to it use it for recordings or whatever, but i can't seem to play it for more than a few mins before i start with the whole, "its not my guitar, i shouldn't be playing it" thing starts to kick in.

I wept tears of joy watching this demo. I didn't know the old pickguards were illegal now though, what were they made out of?

yeah, the nitro tort stuff is illegal to make now.
you can still score some authentic sheets but they are a couple hundered bucks and not really worth it(to me)

68 bassman, silverface, ab165 circut, with groove tubes. i do about 90 percent of my demo's thru it.
its going into the og box but with 2 celestion vintage 30's
apparently the owner bought it 15 or so years ago becuz he thought it looked cool(it was already modded)
and never really played it(he does'nt play much to begin with)
i really want him to sell it to me but he doesn't want to sell it, just let it sit in the case.

Very nice! My '65 Jag has the same story - someone had routed it for humbuckers... I've got Novacks in it now, as the original pups are long gone.

Great work on that one - it sounds incredible!
