I'd hazard a guess at them being bypass loops.

What are those selector boxes?
Loomaster switchers. The left one is a four loop with master bypass and the smaller on on the right is a A/B switcher with master bypass. The A/B switch is close enough to the master bypass on the 4 loop that I can hit both reliably at the same time. There's quite a few songs I have delay (and sometimes modulation)/low gain on the verses, then switch to high gain/no delay on the chorus.

I've been running a ton of delays through the two, setting up the acoustic to sound as much like a guitar amp as possible but with awesome bass response of course.
Right now I run the Acoustic BH200 through a 2x12 combo that I use for the cab and love the sound! I thought my amp was a pain in the bass to carry around.

any eq settings or pointers you could give on that amp? my dad's been tinkering with all of the settings lately trying to find a basic bass sound. Granted your settings will sound different since you are using 2x12s and mine is a combo 15"

sp3k - is that a super fuzz at the end of the chain?

willlin - is the MBM box a Crunch box and DLS??? those would sound awesome i imagine

Yep, everyone should buy one, it costs almost nothing and it's awesome

Hi, I’m Samuel and I’m new around here.

This is a picture of my pedals to break the ice.

Image

I haven’t really used any of this equipment since I stopped playing in a band a few years ago, but I thought I’d start playing again. Added a DigiTech DigiDelay to replace the Ibanez DL5 (which has started distorting the repeats) and one of those Johnny Shredfreak power-supplies.

I’ll probably lose the DL5 and one of the distortion pedals when I’ve found what I’m looking for, and add a reverb pedal at the end (probably a Holy Grail).

Anyway, nice to be here.

Yeah, I got that for like £15 six years ago after I heard the first Interpol record. It’s had a lot of use, but only just started to show it.

The Grunge will always have a place in the part of my heart reserved for cheap-sounding ’90s distortion pedals.

highly jealous of the bassman cabinet. I had a lead on one but it was bought out from under me.

Not quite CB and OCD- it's my pedalboard mainstay. Absolutely top notch.

I've yet to see what a DLS can do. Mighty tempted though. Triple drive?

I got this one without the speakers, it has an eminence big ben and a weber thames in it now.
I need to get ahold of another bassman.

I'll hunt down an old bassman cab one of these days. The only thing I'd worry about is the bass frequencies drowning out the highs.

I wasn't implying I was waiting on you to do so :)
And thanks, but right now am skint! Have just paid for James Bassman.
But will give you a shout at some point mate.
