Yes, 100 times over. Octave fuzzes are great, and the French Toast is a great octave fuzz.

Okay, I'm brand spanking new to this place. Found it due to seeing it mentioned on the Fredric Effects site (I believe I own the first MKII version of the Grumbly Wolf). Thought the best way to get going would to be to post a pic of my pedal setup (sans cables), 'cos I'm a geek; a pedal geek. Here it is:

Image

Chain goes: Telecaster > Dano TOD > Fredric Effects Grumbly Wolf > DS-1 > Behringer VD400 > EHX Big Muff > DD6 > EHX Small Stone > Whatever amp I can beg steal or borrow at a gig. All used in the band in my sig.

Hi all.

I quite like the fact that it's a big pedal and it makes a big sound. I'm not so deft with my feet when playing live so the big muff makes it simple - shit I need loads of noise now, ahh yeah, I stamp on that big one.

i have the vintage delay too, great little pedals. warm analogue sound, goes crazy with high feedback settings. not very long, but very useable.

Arctic Monkeys gig went over well, they're wanting me to play with them again next thursday. It was a good bit of fun and the music is great fun aswell. I hit every tone i needed to, which i was slightly worried about as the parts i played had pretty heavy effects all the time. The lead singer/guitarists borrowed the Sun Face, he "fucking loved it". The BoR and CC were backups for piece of mind.

Vol/Wah > Tuner > Box of Cake > Memory Boy > CO600 [chorus ensemble clone] > RV-7

the rv-7 was "tame" for the first time in a while, excellent pedal all around.

Also had one of my cheapy 6" cables give, broke out of the socket, i suppose i could re-solder it but i trashed

we're as bad as each other for board changes, haze.

looks really good, you could get pretty much any sound you want with that gear. what's the chorus orchestra like? good for the money?

I sort of look forward as to what your board is doing week to week lol
the CO600 is a chorus ensemble. For that matter it's worth the money but I dread the thing, I'm terrible at finding sound in it so I just dimes everything and called it a heavy vibrato. I'd rather sell it for a tank of gas tbh.

recently i've not done much to it. just using tuner and the mudhoney. the amp drive channel is set to a slightly louder clean channel, but with a little bit of breakup. sounded fucking mint last night.

the most use a chorus pedal gets for me is trying to get fast leslie sounds lol

the next big change will be the memory toy, which might be here soon.

the "unspeakable" pedal is doing... alright... its currently working for the heavier songs the band is doing
i'll pick up another 6" patch when i meet purplehazex19 at guitar center tomorrow
Metal Zone AHETS being boosted by anything, sounds aweful. might put the box of cake after and try that out.
Box of Cake is set up for a medium drive and loving it.
Tiny Terror to come soon...

Adding memory boy and behringer bass overdrive, if I can fit it maybe a rat clone...
dropping the fab chorus.
