For all non-guitar instruments; mandolins, synths, kazoos, and anything else musical that doesn't fit elsewhere.

Korg DS-10 synth for Nintendo DS

Post by aphasiac »

Dunno if this has been mentioned before, but Korg have released a virtual analogue synth cartridge for Nintendo DS. Includes occilators, sequencer, patchable effects, everything really:

specs: http://www.aqi.co.jp/product/ds10/en/index.html

Simple demo:

It's just been released in Japan, is in English and has just hit the torrent sites. Doesnt look as easy to use or sound as good as the Korg Kaossilator (mainly due to limitations of DS sound hardware), but if you have a DS flash cart its probably worth a download.

another cool feature - you can sync the tempo of multiple DSs using their built in wireless. Here's a l33t japanese guy playing 4:

Then why are you and euan complaining? If the threads no longer exist, there is no harm in this being posted about it.

Because the only problem you and euan have with this thread is that aphasiac posted it.

I would have reacted the same way if you'd have posted it. It's complete old news.

If you want me to slap you about at Doogfest then I can do that too, if you want.

The only reason I posted is because I need to register www.thisisarepost.com

which I have now and I'm about to start writing the code.
