Hello, i'm new to the forum.

I really would like to get my hands on a Super-sonic. I've seen one in person (at a very overinflated price) and the build is great. I'm almost thinking of trading/seeling my lovely Gibson SG standard for a good example of one.

I think they're great looking guitars. If I had a load of cash I would buy one and make a new scratch plate for it to hold two Jaguar pickups.

Yeah, they're lovely. I've also been looking at Cyclones, Mustangs, Broncos etc... but it's the Squier i really want.

The Japanese Mustangs with the bridge humbuckers are pretty cool too.

Gah! It breaks rule #2!

For those of you who have forgotten:

THE RULES (and the exceptions)

#1. No strats, lest they be that kickass XII I played last week, or intended to be osld for profit

#2. No Humbuckers in the bridge, lest it be covered in chrome, accompanied by it's prer in the neck position, and be installed in a Telecaster Deluxe, or Toronado if you have a special place in your heart for toronados.

#3. Maple Fretboards only, lest rosewood be the only affordable option.

I'm not a fan of humbuckers anymore really. I'd much prefer a stock '65 RI to the "Kurtified" Version.
