I like the way these plugins look. I use the delay a lot.

Some well regarded tube saturation plugins.

Check out FEROX (also known as JB Ferox). It's my go-to saturation plugin right now. Try it on everything!

Tessla SE - "modelling pleasant sounding 'electric effects' coming from transformer coupled tube circuits in a digital controlled fashion. "
I use this a lot too.

Another plug by the Tessla SE guy. This is like a stereo imaging doodad.

I must say that Crystal = Jesus' cousin.
Also, Vinyl from Izotope is cool and free, but everything else they make is bloody expensive.

The free effects on this site are very good all your studio essentials. Nothing fancy just good quality sounds.

I use Da-Hornet quite a bit, it does a great ‘icky thump’ type tone (very retro).

All of these plugins are fantastic. I believe almost all are available for Windows in VST and OS X as VST and AU.

The original Dub Echo is great for a Space Echo kind of sound, and the Uno-62 is a based on a Roland Juno 60, which is one of my favorite synths.
