Just going to track my progress in this thread.

Sanded down sealant anfter filling 3 holes with dowel rod and aircraft sealant.

haha sorry all I had was camera phone.

That green is to bright in person. Its almost Kawasaki green.

I think I'm gonna paint it gray. At work we have white,black,gray and an air force dark charcoal gray.

Color is limited.

Fuel resistant.... aircraft sealant.... and at work all they have is white, black, gray and an air force dark charcoal gray.

I'm picturing you bailing out of a black helicopter over Monaco in the dark of night with the chambered paraJazzy and a 5-watt brushed-aluminum hi-impact spy amp. There's a rout in the back for two cigars, a flask of bourbon, and a Walther PPK.

haha that would be pretty awesome. But sadly I just work in a backshop for kc-10/dc-10 cowlings and various control surfaces..

If I had a Walther ppk I'd be amazing.
