John Bohlinger is fucking ace; he's like a turbo-chill Bill-and-or-Ted dude who can actually shred, endlessly upbeat. Whenever I watch one of his demos, it inspires my playing for reeealszzz

It sounds a bit like a Vox Repeat Percussion clone. I would say Earthquaker Hummingbird, but I didn't see it on his pedalboard.

Sacked it off, got bored of waiting for the ever-changing date and the 'novelty' factor has worn off.

Don't need another guitar at all, and realised I really want a little desktop amp instead as that'd actually be filling a void in what I own and help me enjoy the guitars I DO own.

Haha, nice. How're you finding it?

I've looked at the Katana and, aye, Blackstar guys. I've got some time off from Thursday, so might go and try some tings out in person. Like the look of the Yamaha THRs, but it's totally overblown for what I want it for.

I'm enjoying it. It's 99% there as a "Vox"

Niiiiiice. I was eying those up a while back, and also one of those new Vox MV 'AC' heads because I love me some Vox but

1) need a combo
2) need more knobbies

The Hotone does sound pretty great though, very convincing.
