I think you're picture reads right to left and it's 2.2k +/-5% but it's hard to tell what some of the colours are.

and I think it is metal film 1/4 watt...

now, where to get on of these puppies. I can find carbon film but not metal.

you should be safe with carbon film if it's going in a solid state amp.
