I like all Antigua, but old Antigua guitars look way better than the newer ones.

Antigua was made popular because of the Coronado, they had a problem with the binding, so someone got the idea to just paint over the area that was fucked up when the bad binding was pulled off, then they really liked the look and it stuck. So just about every antigua coronado in the first couple years are "mistake" guitars that had bad binding issues.

Fenner put that on probably all bass models thru-out the sixties. Got a 66 P-neck wif it. I've seen it referred to as the 'hootenany button.' Apologiez if I'm stating stuff already known here.

Do want, too!!

Guess you just ain't hep to the scene, daddy-o ;) Just picture, I dunno, Dave Clark 5, something like that. Pageboy hair, short tweed jacket, check trousers, cuban heel shoes with a front seam.
