About 3 months ago I sent the neck for my JS out to be refretted.2 weeks later the guy says he needs the whole guitar to finish the fretting and he needs the cash($250).3 weeks ago or so he says it's finished and I'll have it at the end of the week.I called every day and every day he told me it would be there tomorrow.Always a different excuse.So for the past 3 days I have been calling leaving messages and he hasn't called me back.I'm ready to go to his store,smash the windows and steal every guitar in his shop even though they're junk.
I'm really,really pissed.I finally got him on the phone today.He says it will definitely be here monday.
I think I'm fucked.I'm afraid I will never see my JS again and I never even got to play it for more than 10 minutes.This suxes.I may not be able to wait till monday before I go kick his piece of shit ass.
I had a guy do that to me with a broken pedal. I hate shops like that. He'll probably get it done, some of these guys just operate with that. They only get the stuff done that people bitch and complain about. I hate shops like that (did I say that already?)

that is whacked a fret job doesn;t take that long, and you don;t really need it strung up but its a good idea to test it a bit.
if it took him 3 weeks he either is really really busy, or he fucked something up and is trying like hell to cover his own ass.
