Late night piss around with GarageBand and a couple of new toys. Hall of fame is the tits! And this mooer knock off compressor is pretty sweet too.

MXR Classic Overdrive with Zakk Wylde "mod" (it has a microswitch inside that switches between the two mxr pedals, the classic has way more low end color so I prefer the thinner drive of the Wylde mode.)

Hot damn, that Sovtek...

I was looking at a bunch of them on Ebay last night, still trying to decide if I want to stretch out the budget for an Orange head or look into more affordable Sovtek.

The 4x is great but way too big, so swapped it for the alter ego 2 and a picked up a cheap Hendrix fuzz :)

Still got it doog, I've got it on my pedaltrain nano with my tr-2/compressor/red repeat as a mini gilmour board. Though I'd
Admit, I prefer the sound of the Hendrix FF, sounds brighter and a little less noise on full tilt.

Been going between these two to see which one I'll keep. The Hendrix has the bright edge I think, it is bloody massive though lol

Wasn't sure if that was my phone or the uploader....it displayed right side up after clicking the picture on my computer but now on my phone it's sideways even then.

Current setup. Still playing around with the pedals. Not quite used to them after being a plug and play bassist for so many years.

I always find it really satisfying/gutting when I set things up with just the salt booster. It sounds so good, and then I look at the other pedals I have and they do stuff too, but aren't maybe as needed.

What colour's that Casino Finboy? Some sort of burgundy sparkle or just cherry through some sort of photo filter?
