favorite albums to play along to

For all non-guitar instruments; mandolins, synths, kazoos, and anything else musical that doesn't fit elsewhere.

Bit of a bump, but Iggy Pop's The Idiot has become my new favourite record to play along to. New Values isn't half bad, either.

I never play a album in complete. I mix many artists and play my own songs to.

Heavy: mercyful fate, metallica, iron maiden, ozzy osbourne and others.
Softer: pixies, nirvana, smashing pumpkins, the doors and others.
Solos: my own stuff.

I don't these days, other than to learn stuff for the band, but when I started it was usually Blind Faith.

British Sea Power - Open Season. Plenty of riffage and not overly complicated for my tiny brain to comprehend.
