Triplet Crotchets

Post by Gabriel »

I've always really struggled playing triplet crotchets. One of the things I've begun to work on is walking bass lines - drawing mainly from Barry Galbraith's Comping studies book. Whilst working through a Blues in F I grew frustrated at my struggle with the crotchet triplet rhythms that dotted up in the first chorus, so I went about a bit of googling to see if I could find a good lesson.

I stumbled across this webpage:

It is a brilliant breakdown of how to work on practicing this rhythm.
