Re: A Slightly oops NPD: Line 6 M13

Mine is still in its box since I had it because I’ve had fuck all time to get my rig out and plug in. Actually considering selling all my gear until work/wife/child give me just half an hour to myself to pick up a fucking guitar. Don't hold your breath like. I would advise holding onto the gear rat...

Re: A Slightly oops NPD: Line 6 M13

I have a love hate relationship with my m9. The sounds in it are good. The format is pretty much as good as any multi fx can be, but it still feels lacking somehow. I spend more time messing with it than just stomping on it and enjoying it. The looper is great though. I am mostly using it for silly...

Re: A Slightly oops NPD: Line 6 M13

They definitely seem super solid which is why I bid on and lost a few M9s towards the end of 2021. I just know my stupid brain would get annoyed (completely irrationally) if it doesn't do everything well, like if for example the drives were a let down. And I know this is fucking DUMB because I make ...

Always wanted to muck about with an M9 or M5 to see if it would work for me but never had the chance

Re: New amp day!

I remember when these came out and changed the game - I can't remember people being that fussed about low wattage amps at the time. Does it have that ISF control thingie? Is the speaker emulated jack useable as a headphone output? ISF - yes. The speaker emulated Jack is intended to double as a head...

Those last 3 Jaguars are nice, but those Starcasters are the ugliest things I have seen in a while.
The pickups, the headstock = boak.

Park me here.

They could have done something truly exciting with like Inca Silver or something but they didn't. Yawn.

They both would benefit a non tortoiseshell scratchplate too

It should just be a called Fender Jaguar because they made it first before Jenner or Kurt had it

I’m being obtuse of course

As obtuse as someone who doesn’t recognise the person that guitar is more frequently associated with

Re: NOOB Help: Do I Need a Buffer?

Re: NOOB Help: Do I Need a Buffer?

Dream Box is fine with or without a buffer - The Dist2 actually has an input buffer (op-amp), and the op-amp muff is not fussy. Like others have said if you notice treble drop off, lack or sparkle or spank or whatever just whack a buffer front and back and see where you're at. I know when I had lots...
