I would just let all the tool and thing dry out naturally and see what works and doesn't. Just make sur...

i have had to chuck many items such as my beloved conn organ( the power tube box was FILLED with water and i sweat one of the tubes had water in it. DO NOT CHUCK! Leave to dry out. Encourage drying with gentle heat, e.g. fan heater if you like. Water doesn't hurt electrics as long as they are not p...

Thanks for the suggestion. So you don't try to join all the dots on the first coat? dont get discouraged. If you ha...

that's the thing, i can't get it to focus, it's always blurry, then i zoom in and zoom out again and it's sharp for half a second and goes blurry again, i always turn the flash off btw, it's ugly. Obviously different software to my Canon, an old Ixus V3, while sharing the same annoying limitation o...

is it a fender? a squire? a diddlyphone? It's a "Texas". For £41.50 + £10 carriage I couldn't get a second-hand Squier over here. This is the same guy that sells a pack of 6 stratalikes for £180, as mentioned in another thread. I think I've settled on "Natural", assuming he h...

When I lived in the Dorms, I played a Fender M-80. It's a crappy amp, but loud as Fuck. They all hated me, but at the same time, wanted to be me. I may be the wrong person to ask. 8) When I lived in Uni accomodation we had a guy a couple of flats down who started campaigning for some committee usin...

All I really been into lately is the late 50's Gibson stuff. Futuras, Explorers, V's and the custom variations of them by makers like Ibanez, Hamer, Dean, Stevens... i always liked this stuff and used to mix it in there with the stuff this crowd appreciates more. I had set the Marshall to 8ohm. He took the head and put it back on my marhsall cab and plugged into the 16ohm input! I, of course wasn't there but I figured it out later when I saw that the head had been moved and was on the 4x12 instead of where I'd left it on my 2x12!!! He told me they had like ...
