A few shorties in there.
I like this black Melody Maker. If i'm not mistaken it is one from the latest edition with maple body and mahogany neck. Is it heavy or not?

There are amps like Carvin Vintage 16(old model) and some Egnater amps that have a switching from 120V to 240V. Carvins are relatively cheap, you can find one on ebay for less than $300.

That's a bargain, amp itself costs around $20,000. If my memory serves me, it is famous brownface Carton 500, it was beloved amp of 4-year old Clapton.

If the fact that guitar costs $20 000 is normall for you, you don't need lottery, do you? You can buy if you want a guitar that in...

I'm very keen on Stratabond neck construction. I believe that it is a construction of the future for the guitar industry. If a multy laminated neck sounds good in acoustic guitar and glue between layers doesn't "completely soak the tone, man", it will suit nice any electric guitar.

I think that the main component of the sound of the specific guitar are pickups. Actually type of them and where they are placed(it includes a scale length and angle of a pickup). Mustang and Jaguar have the same scale, but different types of PU, Mustang pups are angled as well. Why strat doesn't ha...

Don't know about Fender, but vintage Gibson's used to have the same pickups in the neck and in the bridge position. Somewhere on the web it was written that usually at Kalamazoo factory they had a one big bunch of pickups(with an equal resistance) and workers just took them and put into guitars. I b...

I think it was a bigger problem to find a left handed guitar that time than now. Even McCartney with his money used to play right handed electrics.
