That's so weird. Does Epiphone only do that on solid bodies? My semi hollows all already have the more normal headstock.

Well, Gibson is ridiculous. It doesn't bother me though. The Epiphone headstock is wayyyyy better than the Heritage headstock, and those guitars cost thousands.

I never understood the hate for the Epiphone headstock. This new line looks okay, but I was a big fan of the Tom DeLonge ES-333 which is apparently out of production now. The Firebird might be cool, but I'd prefer a different color. I'm still more excited about the impending Squier Paranormal stuff ...

I can't tell if that's supposed to actually be silver sparkle, or if it's the worst picture of a gold sparkle guitar ever taken. With GC it could go either way. Not a bad deal, but I'm waiting until those new Squiers are out.

Matt Talbot from Hum used to rock a wine red Les Paul Studio. I think he mostly uses a black one now. I have always loved his tone.

They are great guitars. I got mine when they were blown out on sale. The neck is something special. I modified mine a little.

I don't think I'd be interested unless they were really cheap. I'm glad Fender is making them though. Hopefully they keep going with the weird stuff.

That amp is a true sleeper. It can do almost everything, and it's a shame most people don't know about it. I guess the traditionalists probably didn't like it because it was new, and the high gain players probably didn't know it could hang because it looked like a normal Fender amp.

According to the offset folks Fender is coming out with some new classic vibe mustang colors (lake placid blue, olympic white, and candy apple red). I would love to grab one in LPB.

In true American fashion I keep buying stuff for no reason and practically need a storage locker for it. Your way seems much more practical, and affordable, but maybe less fun. Either way, nice rig!

I don't like John Mayer, I don't like PRS, I don't like single coils, and I'm not big on Strats. That guitar is pretty much everything I never wanted.

I'm not really into digital, but $150 sounds like a steal for that amp.

If you decide to change the pickguard beware: The rhythm circuit bracket is shorter on the Squier VM Jazzy than just about every other Jazzy ever made. I bought a normal size bracket to fit the mounting holes on my new pickguard, and still recall having to do some filing to get everything to fit nic...

Looks awesome, I love that red! I think I'm going to have to try and dig one of these up, I always wanted a Guild Polara/S100.

Here's my DeArmond.

Yes, the M75 is set neck. It has a bound neck and body, block inlays, and the fancy "D" tailpiece. It was a lot of guitar for not a lot of money. I saw one (Or Maybe the Guild version) in the Taking Back Sunday video for Great Romances of the 20th Century and had to have it.

These are some totally affordable, solid, and forgotten guitars. I really loved the DeArmond line. I have an M75 that nobody is ever going to wrestle away from me.
