Re: Notched straight edges

I haven’t done this but a 25 1/2 inch scale is close enough to 24” scale that you can use a fret scale template to mark out 24” scale frets using the regular 25 1/2” Fender scale starting with the first fret at the nut location. I imagine you can do the same with a notched straight edge. Interestin...

Notched straight edges

Hey all, got a question for you wonderful people. For those with notched straight edges who do your own setups, what do you use for your shortscale guitars? I've never owned a notched straight edge for setups (and I've survived) but I'd like to purchase one (or two if needed). I'm seeing the ones th...

Looks so amazing. I adore my les paul with p90s. That guitar has a lot of character.

The Behringer VD400 is one of the best delays I've ever used. Can't go wrong. Would be cheap at twice the price. Shit I payed like 18 bucks for one of these about a year ago and it still works and sounds good. It's the only delay pedal I use. I'm sure I'll be happy with a more expensive one but I d...

I use my Mustang and Strat about equally. I have pretty big hands and prefer my Strat for playing high up the neck, not to mention the thinner neck is much more comfortable for such styles. But when I'm playing chords with hard to reach fingerings, I prefer my Mustang. Plus I just love the dynamic ...

I like the fact that I own a mustang more than the fact that it's short scale. I play my strat and my les paul more than my stang really, but my stang is my favorite looking and I like the sound. Feel wise I'm more of a strat guy.

That first pic made me pick up my blue comp stang, not gonna lie. Those guitars are beauts. Who cares what the color name is.

I got a brand new EHX holier grail reverb a while back for super cheap brand new when they got discontinued and I love to tinker with it at home. Give EHX a shot. Probably not the Holier though but there are a few versions.
