Re: NGD Eastman T386

Had a craving for an ES-335 type for a while. Bought the T486B a month back, when GAK were discounting them sharply. Wonderful guitar!

It's possible but the reverse happened over here - they started out as FSRs priced around £1150 and recently dropped to £974 (blue) and £999 (white), I presume as the stocks got low... http://reverb.com/uk/item/39759887-fender-vintera-road-worn-70s-telecaster-deluxe-daphne-blue-maple My ph...

http://i.ibb.co/McqHfyN/IMG-20210422-134650.jpg Took delivery of a Squier Classic Vibe 70s Telecaster Deluxe today. Second hand from eBay. Seller hadn't done a great job packaging it, with the pickup selector snapped off. But otherwise in good condition. A really lovely guitar. Excellent neck and a...

Very hard to get the CV ones in the UK currently. More stock due in May. Holding out for another run of interesting FSR ones.

Think a couple of these CV FSR Esquires have made it to the UK, just without the binding.

Refinished my second hand sunburst one in that colour reasonably well. They're beautiful guitars!

Re: Another Eastman day SB 59 and T386

They look brilliant

Been looking closely at the T386 and others. I like the block inlays and Bigsby of the T486B, but it comes with P90s.

Just had my Mascis JM setup properly for the first time. Moved to 11s too and swapped out the pots for better ones. Insanely good guitar.

They're great little amps. Bought one second hand a few years ago, mainly for home practice. Took it to a gig last year and was pleased with how good it sounded.

That video is horrific, edits and all.

The Fishman piezo sounds a lot better than an acoustic pedal if run into a PA/acoustic amp. For me, it's a better option than lugging my piezo-equipped acoustic around.

Piezo bridges

Anyone used on one these on an electric guitar? Considering fitting a Fishman Powerbridge to a Telecaster.

Not going for the whole routing/Powerchip option - would run a stereo cable into a splitter box and use a volume pedal to control the 'acoustic' path.

Ronson was a wonderful guitarist and arranger.

Think the Freddie Mercury tribute was his last live performance before he died. Was playing a Tele at that one.

Another vote for the Epiphone Les Paul Special II. A terrible, terrible guitar. Mine's intact, but a friend had one at school that literally started to fall apart one day. Pickups just tumbling out.

I also had the Fender FM212 amp. It's very loud. That's about all there is to say about it.

JMJM. It's a really good guitar.

I plan to get the vintage white Jaguar at some point.

the more i hear about these the more i fancy a mascis JM. They are exceptionally good, i agree with gusman on that. NickD and Lorez seemed to be impressed too. Damn straight, I am very impressed with it, it sounds good, pleays well with a really nice neck, and although they are more P90 than trad J...
