Find some little chrome washers that fit the bushings and cover the chips. Maybe able to find something like that at an auto part store for engine dress up. Other than that, go to a hobby shop and see if they have some model paint that is close, or even go to a paint place and see if they can mix yo...

GFS Factory Buyout Clearance - ambidextrous strats
PLEASE look at the photos carefully and PLEASE understand that you will have to invest somewhere between a little or a LOT of work to make this a usable piece. http://bestnetworx.com/uploader/files/386/ambistrat1.jpeg http://bestnetworx.com/uploader/files/386/ambistrat2.jpeg http://bestnetworx.com/u...

Here is the teisco rebuild link.
Was going to do a tele with the pups that are on the current project. I am 99% done with the build above, but have not brazed the brass saddle to the nickel bridge yet. the stings actually hold it down very well at the moment, so I just go with that.

OK, should I go with flat slab body, or cut outs: forearm and tummy? I like my teisco cut outs like the ones I did on my solid mahogany re-build from a while back vs traditional mustang. Not sure what way to go. Probably flat slab, or competition mustang style. http://bestnetworx.com/uploader/files/...

I know, I changed my mind. It looked good and I didn't have to reshape the heel.cur wrote: I ended up with the fender style headstock, but is a smidge smaller then normal. Not noticeable though

about 2 minutes. I have a stash of neck blank maple under my bed and at the end of one of the pieces there was a spot that lined up almost perfectly with the neck when I held it to it. I wan't going to worry about it, but it was like magic how well it lined up. I go to my lumber yard and pick throug...

Thinking of this for the neck. The neck I have was a sweet deal from brainfur due to the unique totally mods it had. So I am looking at making it into a headstock like an old Norma neck, but adjust for the tuner holes that are there. http://bestnetworx.com/uploader/files/386/neckfix.jpg http://bestn...

I know. The pickups will be pretty high off the body so I will need the increased distance. They are compensated for bridge and neck position, in that one is taller than the other. If I use a strat bridge the strings will rest on top of the pups. I will route a test slab to fit the neck, bridge and ...
