Check out the Seymour Duncan SJAG. Jaguar pickup series. They come in 3 varieties...regular, hot, and quarter pounder. Reverse wound for him canceling when both on

The easiest thing to do would be to attach your 25.5 scale neck to it then measure 25.5" from the nut to locate the new bridge. It should give you 3/4" as you've already concluded.

Brown tort would probably look better than red tort on a CAR guitar.

I'd stick with the Pearl personally, but if you don't like it it'll be hard to find a good pick guard color combo that goes well ...

Flip the jaguar control plate mirrored and have the butt follow that line. And do an mustang tailpiece
